3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Make payments on time as agreed

BMN Digitals is not responsible for issues caused by false or incomplete information provided by the client.


4. Payments & Refunds
  • All payments made to BMN Digitals are non-refundable, unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • Delays in payment may result in service suspension
  • Ad spend paid to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is separate from service fees and non-refundable
